Jakiao.com Redesign in Progress

I have been working on the new Jakiao.com design and PHP code for the past few days. It can currently be found at http://www.dev.jakiao.com/. I have posted a detailed note on the main page explaining everything, so I won't post it here.
Yay for new designs!
